IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Following careful consideration, the former CEO and Board of Trustees made the difficult decision to bring the charity’s current operations to an end on 31 August 2026.

This decision has not been taken lightly. Following the trauma and illness experienced by our Founder and former CEO, it has become clear that it is no longer possible to continue operating in the way we have done to date. These circumstances have also placed significant pressure on the Trustees, who have worked tirelessly to support the charity throughout this challenging period.

We are, however, very pleased to confirm that the charity and its services will continue in Dorset.

A new team has been identified to take forward this important work. As part of this transition, there will be a new CEO and a new Board of Trustees who will oversee the future of the charity and its services in Dorset. There will be a transition period while the new team becomes established, puts the necessary arrangements in place and develops an understanding of the charity’s work, existing relationships and local needs. During this time, there may be some changes to how services are accessed and delivered. We ask for your patience and understanding while this transition takes place.

We are incredibly pleased that the valuable work developed over the years will be able to continue in Dorset. We are proud of the impact achieved together and of the meaningful difference the charity has made to the lives of young people and their families.

We would also like to express our sincere thanks to our Founder and former CEO for her commitment, leadership and contribution to the charity. We wish her a full recovery and every success for the future.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us, worked alongside us, funded our work, referred people to our services or placed their trust in us over the years. Your support has enabled us to make a lasting difference to the lives of young people and their families.

Further information about the new CEO, Board of Trustees, the transition and how services can be accessed will be shared as arrangements are confirmed.

Thank you for your understanding, patience and continued support during this period of change.
